Korah: Mission Malaria

The beautiful people of Korah have been on my heart so much lately. Korah means 'cursed', it is a village by/in a garbage dump in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia - formerly a leper colony, it now is home to many adults and children. Can you imagine your child growing up in a garbage dump??? You can read more about Korah and the work going on there here on Project 61's blog. Our family has a new 'son' - a 14 year old boy who, due to the wonderful work that Project 61 is doing in Korah will soon be to attend boarding school.

Korah is in a malaria free zone, and the school that our Fantahun and 230 other children will be attending is in a malaria zone. Malaria nets can be provided for ONLY $5 EACH!!! And each net will protect 2 children. Would you like to help save a life?? Please pop over to my friend Andrea's blog to see how you can help!!!

Thank you SO MUCH!!!!
